Would Revenge fit within this movement?

Well, especially Revenge, but as I ponder this now I realize like more than half of the black metal I listen to is "urban",philosophical or militaristic as opposed to grim/magical/frostbitten.

I've got to say, I enjoyed the article. It made me think of those bands as almost the start to a third wave of black metal.
