Does this mean Gene will perform the Mayhem dates by any chance? Cause thats coming up pretty soon. I know it says he isn't touring but the Mayhem show is less than 3 weeks away...

Good. Gene's one of my favorite drummers, but he was extremely under-utilized on the Fear Factory album. I know the drums on this will be awesome.

Well, Gene will be there for Dethklok for the San Bernardino date. So maybe he will perform for Testament there as well.

I don't like Testament, but Testament > Opeth > Dethklok. Maybe Gene can "accidentally" leave Darkness Descends on the stereo while the rest of the band is in there and they will grow another testicle.

Agreed. I liked the drums Mechanize, but it felt way too restrained for his style.
