I'm really, really trying to fight the temptation to just post the remaining 67 albums in a list in one post. I was hoping that Overkill album would revive some of the interest in this thread, but apparently not. This is just starting to seem pointless due to the amount of effort it's taking me and how few responses I'm getting.

Keep it going man. I know I'm not posting as much as I could on this thread. But I really like reading it. I found a few gems out of it as well.

Keep up the great stuff man.

Alrighty then, I'll continue the list in a bit. If I post any tonight it won't be til late as I'm about to leave to play an acoustic gig, but I might pop on here and post one later on.

I'm guessing a lot of people are enjoying the thread without actually posting like myself. Keep it up if you want, I'm planning on doing one after you and I know it takes a lot of time to put together.

Bloodbound - Tabula Rasa
(2009)

After the first two Bloodbound albums, I don't think anyone in the world could've predicted how great this album would be. Their first two albums were decent, but overall unimaginative and underwhelming. But on this third effort, the pieces truly fell into place to create something special. Though one may be quick to dismiss them as simply a power metal band, there are elements of a number of subgenres here. The vocals are the grand power metal soaring style one expects from vocalists Urban Breed (ex Tad Morose), but the music crosses the boundaries between power metal, progressive metal, thrash metal, and even melodic death metal - sans growls. I've seldom heard an album that completely annihilated my expectations like this one does. And about 2 and a half years after its release, I still love playing this record from start to finish.

Tracklisting:
01 Sweet Dreams of Madness (4:34)
02 Dominion 5 (5:06)
03 Take One (4:04)
04 Tabula Rasa (3:42)
05 Night Touches You (4:18)
06 Tabula Rasa Pt. II (3:32)
07 Plague Doctor (3:45)
08 Master of My Dreams (3:33)
09 Twisted Kind of Fate (3:45)
10 All Rights Reserved (4:31)

King's X - Dogman
(1994)

What can I say about King's X? Truth is, they are quite simply probably the most extreme case of "love them or hate them" I've ever witnessed in music - especially in terms of live performance, where some people find them terrible, and others (like myself) find their live shows in an incredible, almost religious-like experience. The simple truth of it is that they are easily my favorite trio out there, and their sound is almost beyond description - though the most accurate I've found was: "Hard Rock that mixes elements of Progressive Rock/Metal, Soul, Grunge, and Funk". This album marked a move towards a more heavy direction for the band, and along with their sophomore effort, "Gretchen Goes to Nebraska", it's probably the album for which they are most known.

Tracklisting:
01 Dogman (4:01)
02 Shoes (3:29)
03 Pretend (4:36)
04 Flies and Blue Skies (5:00)
05 Black the Sky (4:32)
06 Fool You (4:31)
07 Don't Care (4:39)
08 Sunshine Rain (4:35)
09 Complain (3:19)
10 Human Behavior (4:28)
11 Cigarettes (5:52)
12 Go to Hell (0:51)
13 Pillow (4:24)
14 Manic Depression (4:59)

Featured Track:
"Dogman"
