What's your favorite non-metal music?

I'm curious as to what other people listen to here. Personally, I'm a huge Phish fan, and classical music, especially Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart, and Chopin.

Also a fan of post-hardcore

While I'm also a casual fan of classical music (Vivaldi and Wagner), my non-metal interests are mainly rooted in post-rock, ambient and prog rock.

Little bit of everything, as well. Except for country.

My favorite non-metal would be Flamenco guitar music like Strunz & Farah.

I love love love bluegrass, old time country songs and outlaw country way more than any metal band. I'm not talking about that shit they play on the radio, I'm talking about Bill Monroe, Jimmy Martin, DAC, Hank III, Webb Pierce, Hellbound Glory, JB Beverley, Jayke Orvis,etc...I could go on for a long time haha.

Indie, dub, post-rock, ambient, prog, folk, grunge, post-punk, pop-punk, big beat, industrial, and blues.

Old school hip-hop too.

Watch this and tell me if you change your mind. I'm sure you haven't hear of Hank III

I'm familiar with Hank III and no, that doesn't change my mind. Don't care for country music. You can't escape it growing up in Texas.
