Coheed and Cambria -- Sayreville, NJ -- April 22nd, 2011

AMAZING fucking show. Band sounded great, crowd was one of the best crowds ever. Only complaint is that there was absolutely nothing off of In Keeping Secrets, but oh well. Apparently there's a big NYC announcement coming on Tuesday, hopefully a show I think after experiencing this, Coheed solidified themselves as one of, if not, my favorite bands ever.

Acoustic Set:

Always and Never
Mother Superior
Pearl of the Stars
Iron Fist
Milk Foot (Davenport Cabinet cover)
Who Watches the Watchmen? (Prize Fighter Inferno cover)
Here We Are Juggernaut
Wake Up

Second Stage Turbine Blade:

Second Stage Turbine Blade
Time Consumer
Devil in Jersey City
Everything Evil
Delirium Trigger
Hearshot Kid Disaster
33
Junesong Provision
Neverender
God Send Conspirator
IRO-Bot

Third Set:

Far
Ten Speed (Of God's Blood and Burial)
No World for Tomorrow
Welcome Home
The Black Rainbow

-----

Elf Tower New Mexico (Acoustic)

Some people are speculating that the curious lack of IKS songs may be because of a future Neverender: IKS tour, which would be fucking amazing

Oh absolutely, but my friends and I were saying last night that I would imagine that they would wait until the 10 year for that as well.

Yeah, that would only make sense.

I can't effing wait for this show. The setlist's pretty bitchin for the most part. My biggest complaint would be Far, which I think is a decent song and all, but they have so many better songs to pick from...Like something off IKS

I'm so jealous you got to see this, this setlist is fucking awesome. I am pretty sad the Boston date sold out. If they did the same thing with In Keeping Secrets, I will not procrastinate to get tickets like I did for this show.

yeah that's how i felt about far, but it makes sense because they just released a video for it. and it was a decent transition song between sets. but there were so many other songs i would have rathered, but i guess that's just being picky.
