Blue Cheer -- Kansas City, MO -- July 11th, 2006

Blue Cheer, man. Hailed among procreators of Heavy Metal, yet still don't get the due that they really deserve. Vincebus Eruptum is a groovy record, yes, but Outsideinside rivals Master of Reality in terms of pound-for-pound heaviness at the time of its release. I imagine this band would've been killer to check out live, even during the brief 00's revival. Here's one of the sets during that time period I managed to crib off of Setlist.fm:

Babylon
Second Time Around
Rock Me Baby
Out Of Focus
Hoochie Coochie Man
The Hunter
Just A Little Bit
Summertime Blues
Doctor Please
Roadhouse Blues

R.I.P. Dickie Peterson
