Korn, Slipknot, Metallica, Opeth, Chimaira, Unearth, Stone Sour, Mnemic, Mudvayne, Killswitch Engage

...nevermind. This is pointless.

I must have made that a long time ago. I still listen to most of those bands, but I wouldn't put Mudvayne or Mnemic as my favourite bands anymore. I should probably update that.

Much better indication of what I listen to.

Also, I think I clarified that in the first few years I listed I only had 1-2 albums from those years in my library. I didn't say something like "there were no good albums out then", I just haven't heard them, or heard them in full. Though I'm sure you're considering Reign in Blood an essential album, in which case, it isn't. It's easily one of the most overrated metal albums ever.

Nothing, I just wasn't going to bother to remove them from the list. I just quoted exactly what was there, I didn't purposely pick out bands.

You could say the same of Metallica, pretty obvious he was just criticizing the list in general.

edit: though it's pretty obvious what's wrong with Metallica

Damn, your taste sucks

I'm busy with this, but for some years it's pretty hard. Also I don't know all release years by heart which makes this quite tedious.
