...and here I thought you were just fucking around.

So let me guess. You like Cold Lake, too.

yep. It might be the best album artwork ever made. if not the best, it's up there. "Resurrection Though Carnage" is also one of my favorite album artwork.

LOL
I love really bad/cheesy stuff, but only to a point. From what I have heard of Cold Lake I think I WOULD enjoy it, for the lul factor, and nothing more. I was at a black metal show down in Portland a few years back and they had Cold Lake playing between bands

But yeah, those first 4 Pantera CDs are just fun to listen to. And I actually think Power Metal is a super great album.

Fun Fact: Apparently, that cover art is of a sculpture of a ribcage that Adam had created long before the album was made. Somebody liked it and said it should be on the album cover, and the rest is history.

I do the same thing! I love Best of CD's. I figure if there is an established band I dont know much about, get their best of, and if you dont like that... pass

and lol at why you like the early stuff. Maybe I should give them another try without expecting it to be the heavy stuff I like from them.

My ordering of Gojira would be quite a bit different. without much thought I'd probably rank them

1. From Mars to Sirius
2. The Link
3. Terra Incognita
4. The Way of All Flesh
5. L'Enfant Sauvage

#1 and #2 are very close together. I could see me ranking The Link #1.
