pretty standard, but yet still a good set. I love seize the day and so far away. but both in one set? isn't that a little too balady? Not to mentione buried alive which is almost a balad.

They need to change their set for 2011 for sure. I would think Portnoy is more than capable of learning more of their songs. Throw in some different tracks off Waking the Fallen and City of Evil.

Shitty setlist.. Too predictable, and without Walk, thats been their standard for all of 2010, which is about an hour and 20 minutes.. Laziness.. I would hope with any toue they do in 2011, they go for a hundred minutes and really give the fans something worth paying for.

There is a lot of speculation that this was Mike Portnoy's last A7X show. This quote Twitter doesn't help:

Well I remember Portnoy saying when joining A7X that he was only gonna be touring with them through 2010. They will need to find a permanent drummer sooner or later. I like the set but it would be nice to see them do some stuff off of City of evil like Blinded in Chains, Burn It Down, and Trashed and Scattered

Setlist.fm claims that a fan sang the Pantera cover of "Walk" with A7X at this show.
Gonna miss Portnoy because I am also a Dream Theater fan, the band he was in for 25 years that he quit in September. I am waiting nervously for the announcement of the drummer that is going to accompany A7X on the Nightmare After Christmas tour. But, I also hope the setlist is a little more varied than when Portnoy was in the band. It would be great to have "Burn It Down" and "A Little Piece Of Heaven" back in their sets. Well, sometimes I forget that this is a Metal board, lol. Most people I know in person (except one) don't know them that well, or don't know he quit. I'm also just pissed off that he quit a band he was in for that long amount of time.

Hoping for a better set for nightmare before christmas tour. And honestly i dont care who the drummer is, all that matters is that he plays the songs right and doesnt screw up
