![]() 2005 Track Listing 1. Soldier Side – Intro 2. B.Y.O.B. 3. Revenga 4. Cigaro 5. Radio \ Video 6. This Cocaine Makes Me Feel Like I’m On This Song 7. Violent Pornography 8. Question! 9. Sad Statue 10. Old School Hollywood 11. Lost In Hollywood I discovered this band because a local rock radio station was playing Chop Suey,Toxicity and Aerials when Toxicity came out in 2001. I immediatelly loved that and manage to get the album. A masterpiece that will be on lower in my list. For Mezmerized I can say that I really love it too even thought I don't listen to SOAD that much lately since the band pretty much broke up a few years ago. The announcement of a reunion and tour for 2011 really exite me and will probably make me listen to them a bit more. I saw them 4 times in concert and I must say that they always fucking rules. This album is a perfect example of what SOAD is: heavy concrete riffage mixed with that twisted, realistic, contemporary, violent, spacy, protester, informative, moody, humouristic world that defines System Of A Down, a pure joy to listen to. They really let themselves go on that album and the result is amazing. What a talented band, I love them and this album is my 2 nd favourite from them Cheers ! PowerMaiden

Ok about time for me to weigh in on this list, so far I have given that Scorpions compilation a try, and am loving it! I have most of everything on this list, and I'm loving keeping up with this so far.. And for the record, I jumped for joy at the mere mention of PanterA on here, and I'm having a rough time at the moment, so thanks for the pick me up bro

You have some of the best taste on the whole board IMO. I really like 24 of the albums so far and am pretty much indifferent about the others. Good stuff.

![]() 1991 Track Listing 1. Enter Sandman 2. Sad But True 3. Holier Than Thou 4. The Unforgiven 5. Wherever I May Roam 6. Don’t Tread On Me 7. Through The Never 8. Nothing Else Matters 9. Of Wolf And Man 10. The God That Failed 11. My Friend Of Misery 12. The Struggle Within I got this the day it came out. And yes I was a disappointed, but not completely. It is a clear commercial attempt by my beloved Metallica but there are quite a few good songs on this thing. The problem here is that the general public outside of the metal world discovered Metallica with Enter Sandman, The Unforgiven and Nothing Else Matters. All of theses are excellent songs in my opinion but that did not reflect what Metallica was really for us who followed them since the beginning. If any new bands had brought out this album everybody would be worshiping it to death, that it is clear to me. It is just that the break is too big with regard to their previous thrash efforts of the first 4 albums. This album would have had to be only a minor album that was fast forgotten and not that heavily played live. Also a normal one year tour to support it would have been perfect. But no, it was all the opposite and that album was played non-stop everywhere for 4-5 years, they made 3-4 World tour for it and got lost in money, succes and fame… After a few years I was so fed up of hearing these songs that I started to dislike them. Then it was 15 years of bad decisions, bad albums, bad live playing (despise everybody who still praises them, you had to see them before 1991 to really know what was Metallica live). They are not angry anymore, Jayms sound gay , the playing is sloopy, the whole thing is just wrong. I know most of you will dissagree with me but this is trully how I feel about them now. But deny the fact that this album was major for me would be a lie. The listening I did of it this afternoon was very pleasant, there was some dust on the cover I can tell you that, but this is a really good album. Ok time to put it away for another 15 years… Cheers ! PowerMaiden

You're bang on here man. Seeing them in 2009 was a huge eye-opener for me. They were just so fucking bad, but the jocks and rednecks in the audience (which was pretty much everybody) just ate it up.
