That was the first time I saw 'Maiden. We didn't get LOTLDR. We got Phantom instead - great trade if you ask me..... We did get SIASL which was dropped later on in the tour......Support for the UK was Paul Sampson's Empire....

Looking more closely, we didn't Icarus either, however we did get Where Eagles Dare.....Interesting that The Trooper was dropped for the '86 tour......

Very cool set, especially since TLOTLR, FOC, and Children of the damned (I'm pretty sure) would all be replaced with different songs. You can also see where the 16 songs set they currently use came from.

But at least they did WED or FOI in it's place instead of totally ignoring the album.

I still don't understand why IRON MAIDEN called thier 2008 tour Somewhere Back In Time and they didn't play the song "Caught Somewhere In Time".

Hopefully they will play it again before it all ends.

That set list is AMAZING. It's a shame Flight of Icarus has become such a rarity.
