Mike Watt is very easy to meet and approachable. If he gets to the venue early though he might sleep in the van til it's time to go on.

I try to respect people's personal space and time and never really try to meet anyone anymore except local or real low level touring acts who really need the support so don't have anything bad to say about anyone.

Except John Cale. In a signing line. Horrible signature and wouldn't look at anyone. If he didn't want to do it he shouldn't have done it.

I've seen Marky Ramone act like a dick, though not to me. And it was more of a private moment riding in a car with him so I guess he could be forgiven for not having his public face on. Richie is still my favorite drummer. And he's cool.

All the Megadeth guys were cool but this was in 1991 when Dave was consciously trying to rebuild the brand into something bigger and there was a lot of excitement about what they were doing.

Absolute coolest ever has to be Kim Deal.

Abigail Williams- Once my interview is uploaded on youtube (I wish I could say when but I'm not the one uploading it, I'm just in it). I think it will show how these guys really are. Because they were just like this the the entire time we hung out.

When I say we hung out, I mean from this interview, to me being front row of the show, to having drinks in the bar after.

The video MIGHT be up tonight, or sometime this week.

Some kinda recent ones:

Korpiklaani - All really cool guys. They were just chilling in the food place next to Reggies and they were more than happy to sign stuff people brought them.

Warrel Dane - VERY nice guy! Was more than happy to talk to people and sign my friend's copy of Refuge Denied. Actually, pretty much all of Sanctuary were really cool! One of the guitarists kept saying hi to me and the other people in my band if we walked by them, very nice guy.

Tomas Lindberg - Really cool. He was selling Lock Up merch and just straight up having conversations with everyone.

Add Rich Robinson of The Black Crowes to the list of supremely cool motherfuckers.

Two more awesome dudes: Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen. So cool, could have chatted for hours.

I say "they", obviously Heafy was doing all the talking.

Trivium has went down in the Metal world. They are opening for Asking Alexandria for Christ sakes.

Put it this way, they are now humble.
