I don't even know anything about these politicans running for governer. The only thing I know is that Carl Paladino is a prick.

Right, so, the concept of more elections during a term of office is a bit strange here. So, who are you people voting for? Are you re-electing your senators? Or is it all local stuff? (we have local council elections in between "general" ones).

Or is it all just a glorified opinion pole?

not voting because i have so much schoolwork that i can only leave my room for 5 minutes at a time to grab food or submit some of said work.

Yes, so why would I vote for politicans who will do that exact same thing. The only good politican I have found right now is Ron Paul.

Depends on where you live...there's quite a few governor's races going on, congress is elected every 2 years, and senate every 6, plus other random state/local offices. Where I live is *lucky* enough to have almost all of there going on, so there's signs/commercials almost non stop.
