Rush -- Columbus, OH -- August 29th, 2010
Venue: Nationwide Arena
Source: Me I don't think I have to describe how good this show was because if you have seen Rush before, you know what the deal is... Set One 1.The Spirit Of Radio 2.Time Stand Still 3.Presto 4.Stick It Out 5.Workin' Them Angels 6.Leave That Thing Alone 7.Faithless 8.BU2B 9.Freewill 10.Marathon 11.Subdivisions Set Two 12.Tom Sawyer 13.Red Barchetta 14.YYZ 15.Limelight 16.The Camera Eye 17.Witch Hunt 18.Vital Signs 19.Caravan 20.Love 4 Sale (Drum Solo) 21.Closer To The Heart 22.2112 Part I: Overture 23.2112 Part II: The Temples Of Syrinx 24.Far Cry Encore: 25.La Villa Strangiato 26.Working Man Best $112.00 I've ever spent. Alex shredding on the solos for La Villa and Working Man was unlike anything I've ever seen. The guy is ridiculous! Last edited by petrovar; 08-30-2010 at 06:49 AM. |

Yep, the best band ever live. None of the meaningless 32 opening bands that most acts have now a days. Just them kicking ass and giving you your money's worth for three hours straight.
I've got front row tickets to see them thursday at the state fair in Syracuse ![]() I'm OK with it if I die after that

112 dollars for a concert?! I spent 70 something for the American Carnage (a.k.a. Jagermeister music tour) show on September 28th.

I wanted to go to show so bad but, couldn't due to lack of funds. Hope when they tour for the new album I can finally catch them in concert.

Rush is worth more than $112 in my opinion, saw them twice on this tour.

Agreed. From what I hear Aerosmith, Kiss, U2, etc. charge around $150. If you want floor seats for these big classic rock bands, it will cost you.

My wife is actually down with the idea of going on a weekend somewhere to see them if they donīt show up in Copenhagen. But form what Iīve heard on live recordings Geddys vocals doesnīt seem all that great anymore. So I really donīt know what på expect from them..

Agreed. Rush is pretty much the only band that I don't even think about the ticket price with. Rush is THE BEST live band around. Funny thing is, I own one single Rush album, and two other CD-R copies. I couldn't be bothered to listen to them in my car or wherever but live is a totally different story.
