Not really. Dio's done COTS second both solo and with H&H. He also opened his shows with it in 2003-2004 I believe. Dio has never done that many fast ones to open his shows anyways, often times DTTS was the third song. Dio would do 2 or 3 fast ones at the most to start his shows and that was it.
