There's really no denying that Les Claypool is a highly creative individual, though - and pretty much a pioneer and legend at the way he plays the instruments that he plays (especially the bass guitar).

First of all I never said people who like metalcore are false. That actually doesn't make a god damn wink of sense. I think "false" people are commonly referred to as mannequins and crash test dummies.

Secondly, Primus isn't metal.

Thirdly, a lot of people hate Primus and I completely understand why.

I understand your concerns, but they've been changing the sets and I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

I mean we're not going to be hearing Hamburger Train or anything but there are some classics in there. at least 9 or ten songs have been from the first few albums so it's all luck of the draw.

Yeah, I went to setlist.fm after posting the above, and what I saw there gave me hope. Last night's set list - provided it's accurate - had Frizzle Fry and Too Many Puppies back in, plus TOYS for the first time I've seen on this tour. That would be fucking outstanding. That song is so weird and cool and examplary of what is so awesome about this amazing band. I'd shit a sheep if they were to play that little gem tomorrow night.

BUT I STILL WANT TO HEAR FISTICUFFS MORE!!!

YEAH ...the Area was ALL retro from back in Wood-Stock Days....selling so Much JUNK on the Sidewalks & Bicycles & MORE Bicycles everywhere U Turn....On Every Meter on Every Sidewalk!!!
And Cops Walking around Giving Out TICKETS for drinking.....
and SCALPERS selling already Scanned Seats!!! The Nerve!! like $45 -$60
So i got there about 7:40PM and analyzed the GATE & the Scanners & found the Weak-Link and Just WALKED Right Thru w/NO TICKET!!
I've Been doing that for MANY Concerts!
You need Finesse & Confidence & PERFECT Timing!!
Hopped over concrete WALL to my Right & was on SIDE of Stage as GOGOL BORDELLO was thanking everybody.....Went BACK to entrance Of Stage from the BACK and saw Members of His Band Exit Stage Left!
and I ENTERED the Back-Stage and was gonna sit by the Speakers but then i thought why not get a spot in the Front-row......
The SMELL of WEED & too Many REAL Young looking Slackers & Preppies !!!
I was trying to get a Breeze & by the 4th song (DAMN TWEEKERS) the PIT Exploded into MAJOR Slamming!! Lots of Sweat & people PUSHING thru to the Front!
GASPING for Fresh Air & Some God-Damn SPACE i realized by Song's End i wound up BACK in the 60th Row!!!
Every-Time I reached to LEAN on Somebody their Shirt Was DRIPPING Sweat & Naked Guys ALL Smelly!!
I should Have STAYED Back-Stage by the Speakers Some-Where!
LES really commented about the Back of Venue & the Sky-Line.
AT one Point they Had Bluesy Guitars & i thought it was DAZED & CONFUSED!
REAL upset about the SHORT Encore......TOO MANY PUPPIES~~~~~~~~
Did get FREE PiZZA & Watermelon Juice & CORN on COB & Ice-Cream when the Vendors were shutting Down at about 10:15PM.
I want to see RHCP & Soundgarden at Chicago Lollapalooza next!
Are U coming w/me ?

Shows at this venue must be overwith at 10pm or they'll shut it down. We didn't even know we were in the encore during this show because they didn't even have a chant or wait or anything.

The venue is nestled outdoors between a bunch of nice condos and apartments so the deal is that shows are permitted as long as they're done by 10. Weird shit in the city that never sleeps.
