Bruce was in a great mood on this past tour, so I'm happy about that.

As for this, it was 5 years ago, so....

This is old news, is it not? I love Ozzy, but an interview with him is painful to read

He can only answer what the numbnuts journalists ask him, and they always want to ask him about the headline-grabbing "controversial" stuff like feuds, lawsuits and in the case of the mainstream media, the bat and dove thing over and over and over.

Was anyone on this board at the date of the egg throwing incident? Or the ones where the power was mysteriously cut a couple times in the middle of Maiden's set?

As for Ozzy, I think he barely holds his grip on reality sometimes and it doesn't help having Sharon for his other half.

I wasn't here, but I was on another board. It was all very sad. Maiden fans were joining just to argue with Ozzy fans, and vice versa.

Sharon, smart business sense, but to up her own ass these days.

Ozzy, rock superstar who helped create and shape heavy metal as we know it.

Bruce, Frontman for one of the greatest heavy metal bands ever.

In fairness, Sharons a twat, Ozzy is whipped, buit wasn't involved and the journalists keep fucking bugging him, and Bruce has always been knowing for saying things on stage and getting caught up in the moment. Personally, I think the whole thing has been blown outta proportion, Bruce probably shouldn't have said what he said, and Sharon shouldn't have done what she did.

It's hard to argue the Sharon comments, from a business perspective I think she is pretty intelligent. I love both guys, what was done to Maiden was not right at all. But the fact that Maiden was on Ozzy's tour and probably financially doing "very well" per show it is still beneath Bruce to make those comments when he is profiting very handsomly from his tour. Both sides are in the wrong for the way they handled it but had Bruce not made comments everything wouldn't have played out the way it did. Just my opinion of course.

I would imagine it was a mess. I remember when I first heard about it I thought someone was bullshitting until I researched it online.

They did both of these things at the Ozzfest show you're talking about. The power got cut a few time too apart from the eggs. I was there. Really fucked up cos the early years are like my favorite Maiden years.
