The Enslaved one is wrong now that I look at it, I didn't put too much thought into it. They're one of my favorites so it was tough. I'll probably redo it later because I have alot of favorites from Hordanes Land, Frost, Blodhemn and Mardraum.

Behemoth on the other hand, if you're saying new stuff in the sense of their 'post-black metal stuff' then yes, I'm digging the new stuff. While their black metal stuff is great, I don't think it's signature Behemoth, if you know what I mean. When I think Behemoth I think Anti-Christian Blackened Death Metal assault, not 'Strangely-beautiful-walk-through-the-evil-forest black metal.'

The material they're doing on the last two albums isn't the material that got me into them and what I wanna hear them do. If they kept the sound they had on their first two albums or Comalies I'd still dig them. But on the last two albums it sounds like 1) They're desperately wanting to be popular in America by changing their sound to nu-metal-ish on Karmacode and to a more poppy mainstream sound on Shallow Life. 2) The band is having an extreme indentity crisis right now and has no clue what the fuck they wanna be anymore musically.

Anyways, I hope their next album is more of a return to form. But if they take the time to get it out like they've done between the last few albums will be waiting awhile. By the time the next album comes out Cristina will be 40 I keep forgetting she's that old already because she sure as hell doesn't look like it
I dont have a problem with karmacode like some others have. I like shalllow life but not has much has the albums before it.

In that case, the first three tracks from Demigod should be the top three on your list.

Just kidding. Seriously, though - those three tracks are fucking

That's what I'm talkin' 'bout, bro! Now add "Conquer All" as well, and your list will be correct.

(and I'm not sure what your question meant - the load of bricks smiley was meant to be read as "heavy as fuck"...and that's a good thing, of course )

Yeah i just wasnt sure what you were getting at.

While I do love Conquer All, I'm not sure if I like it more than the other songs I have listed. It was one of the candidates for Top 10 though.
