It's not just that, it's literally all deathcore bands and weird MTV/scene kid/emo bands from 6 years ago who peaked 7 years ago.

I mean, really? Kittie? They're opening for ICP right now, dude.

i personally think every year the lineup gets shittier. '08 had Darkest Hour, Arsis, Abigial Williams, Parkway Drive, After The Burial, As Blood Runs Black, all whom i like a lot. '09 had only had Veil of Maya and DevilDriver, and Despised Icon for some people. this year the only band i'd want to see is Born of Osiris and i wouldn't mind seeing Through the Eyes of the Dead.

hm now that i think about it i regret not going to 08's lineup. my friend who went said there actually wasn't too much hardcore dancing and primarily just moshing for our show.

I know they are not that liked here, but I love Periphery. They would be the only band that holds my interest. but I'm not sitting through all that shit for them to get maybe a 20 minute set, if that.

I'll hopefully get to check them out on their next tour.

Yeah, the only reason I'd go is to see Periphery. If tickets are cheap I might just go for them, even if they have a short set.

The name of this tour couldn't be more deceiving. Not going to waste my money on this.

Do you know where this show is at in MN? I'm only about an hour and 20 minutes from most shows in Minneapolis. I'm ASSuming it's First Avenue. I really would love to see Periphery so maybe I would just go to see them, and leave after.

Yeah, with the Myth being closed and all, I'm gonna guess it's gonna be at First Ave.

Yeah, I fucking love Periphery. I haven't listened to anything other than their new album since I first heard of them about a month ago haha.

Same here for the most part. If I hear one track I gotta hear the whole thing. I just hope other bands will get into Periphery and get them on better tours then this so called "Thrash And Burn" crap.

Where is the thrash all i see are a bunch of bands that scream and growl and show no sign of talented singing.
