NEW As I Lay Dying song!

There's a 2 minute sample of it at their myspace: http://www.myspace.com/asilaydying

And high quality footage from Golden Gods:

I can't wait for the concert on May 12th!

They are including more deathcore/'brutal' elements, which I don't like. I like the clean singing and melodic death metal aspects of their last few albums. Damn shame.

True, but this is only 1 song from the album and not every song from their past albums have had melodic clean vocal parts. For example, look at "Within Destruction" from their last album. I'm sure other songs will have some melodic guitars and clean vocal parts.

I saw a video of them in the studio, and there were some clean vocals. But I don't like the new song. At least, I don't think it is special.

The new song is really, really heavy for them. I do like it but hopefully they didnt stray too far from their previous albums.
