I spend most of my weekends out dancing with girls, listening to dance/indie songs, and drinking with people who don't generally enjoy metal. In fact I am the only one of my friends who listens to the amount of heavy music that I do, and thankfully I have an incredibly open taste and like alot of indie/pop songs so the music doesn't feel too bad. I also have long hair, a beard, and its a novelty if I amen't wearing a band t-shirt when hanging out with me friends, and I'm still that guy whose front center at a Slayer show flipping off the support waiting for Slayer to come out. I find both activities a great way to spend a night out, even though they are worlds apart. And to be honest, I quite like having a quiet drink every now and then too.
