ProgRock Records $5 Sale Friday 2/4 ONLY

All single CDs excluding signed copies and pre-orders reduced to $5 tomorrow only.

All double CDs and DVDs are $10 tomorrow only.

There's a lot of killer stuff on this label. I already have a load of their releases.

Highly recommend:

Daniel J. (Petrucci style guitarist, who also sings. Jordan Rudess on keyboards)
Sylvan
This Misery Garden
Thessera
Takara (Prog-power. A bit like Masterplan, or someone like that)
Forgotten Suns
Factory of Dreams (Hugo Flores project)
Project: Creation (Hugo Flores project)
Frameshift (first album with James LaBrie, superior second album with Sebastian Bach)
Henning Pauly (the guy behind Frameshift and Chain)
Prymary
Jupiter Society (features Mats Leven amongst others)
Ghost Circus
Chain
Amaran's Plight
Jim Gilmour
Michael Sadler (from Saga)

MP3 samples of almost everything are on the site.

Nope. I mean, I'm not saying I couldn't, but I've never asked. I just enjoy DJing in my spare time, once a week. It's fun, I'm not really looking to get anything out of it.

Hmm. Would have thought they'd have provided you with their own new releases to be played amongst the other stuff in your playlist.

In that case, get spending!

I may pick up a couple of things. I've got some other stuff I wanna buy from other places that just came out. Particularly the new Silent Call album.

Might even be long enough for most of you poor bums to scrape five bucks together.

You asked for it.

The Votum disc is excellent. Too bad they don't have the new one for $5 also, ha ha.
