Metallica will headline. Not sure if Ozzy plays directly before or perhaps headlines the 2nd stage. I would venture to guess that either AiC or Godsmack lands on this tour too.

Ozzy knows Metallica willnot only help promote his new band/album on the fest but with them on the line up he will own every other metal/hard rock tour this summer. Look for it to be announced before April 2nd (date when the Mayhem ticket presale starts).

that lineup is pretty believeable. i'm not sure if Metallica would go through with it but if so, awesome. i also wouldn't doubt it if Killswitch Engage is on the lineup either.

some bands i hope to get added and are likely are Unearth, Trivium, Darkest Hour, Black Dahlia Murder, As I Lay Dying, Meshuggah, Children of Bodom, Born of Osiris, All Shall Perish, Municipal Waste, Protest The Hero, Soilwork, Static-X, Arch Enemy. all bands i don't think have any summer plans yet.

It'd be worth it for Metallica/Ozzy/Mastodon/BLS. That'd be my 3rd time seeing Mastodon in about 18 months...Hopefully they'd spice up the set. I love CtS, but I don't need to see it in full for a 3rd time!

Didn't BLS have a fall out with Ozzy?

Ozzy replaced Zakk. No major insults or bitching. Zakk said in an interview he recently had lunch w/ Sharon & Ozzy... wonder what was discussed... Lol

Zakk was a real man about it, he gained respect from me, even though I'm no fan of his music.

Kicking him out kinda made sense, Ozzy has always picked up young guys to give them a chance, like he did for Zakk. Like Ozzy said, he has his own career now, and the songwriting was getting a little monotonous.
The fucked up thing was that the internet knew before Zakk did, Ozzy didn't go to him personally. And Gus G wouldn't have been my first choice.
