I almost thought that maybe do the non RIP songs then do RIP backwards so they could still close it out w/ Holy Wars. Or finish set w/ Holy Wars & then do a couple of encores that aren't RIP songs. Just an idea. I already hate the people that get to see this and not me. Lol

What is all this talk about doing RIP out of order? What part of "performing all of RIP begining to end"' don't you people comprehend? There is nothing set in stone that Holy Wars has to be the closer. In fact, they didn't start ending with that song regularly until 2001. They have done plenty of shows without HW closing it out. When I saw them in 1994 and 1997 it wasn't the closer. In fact, in 1997 HW was second in the set for that tour. More than likely they won't end with RIP though. They'll play the non RIP stuff, then do RIP and then probably save Symphony and Peace Sells as encore's to close it out.

Agree that RIP should not be played out of order. I still would want Polaris to close the show. Tornado of Souls ends the main set, then Dawn Patrol/Rust In Peace as the encore. Probably won't happen, but whatever.

I kind of wish that more bands would do the "whole album, but out of order" thing. The album has to be REALLY good to translate well to a live setting if you play it front to back (not to say that RIP isn't that good, mind you). If you shuffle the songs around and throw in some other stuff it keeps it interesting.
