I do like it so far, because I can kinda foreshadow where the music will go. Of course they aren't going to release the best music of the movie in the trailer, you only got 2 minutes to show off the movie and you can't really have the music of the movie be the main point of the trailer.

The part of not being able to grasp it so far meaning they only gave very short snippets. related to what I said above, I'm just imagining where it's going from there. It could totally suck balls, or it could be the best best soundtrack of the decade. hard to say until the movie and soundtrack is released.

I didn't hear anything close to Mastodon, it was more like typical action movie shit. It looks like an entertaining movie at the very least, but if they don't use Mastodon's music after they go through the trouble of taking time away from home between tours for virtually no pay, I'm not paying to see it.

The EP is good, but forgetable. I didn't even bother with the movie. I hope after the BlackDiamondSkye tour, Mastodon will go back in the studio and start work on a new album.
