My first of two shows I'll be taking in this week. I saw these guys last year and really dug what they're doing. Basically 12/24 is a Trans-Siberian Orchestra tribute project, which unlike the real deal actually has bits of spontaneity in their setlists and live shows, not to mention they actually play in theaters and such, which suites the vibe of the music 100x better. The show this time around was even better than last year, and afterwards we hung out with all of them for quite a while - a really cool group of people. This year they even have a former TSO touring vocalist, Maxx who sang on the West Coast tour for several years in the past.
