Paul Di'Anno US tour

I know he's washed up but I can't pass up the chance to see the former frontman for Maiden. I'll definitly be at the Virginia show... assuming he actually gets into the country this time.

Might have to go to The Chance show. Further than NYC but the gas money will cancel out saving the money on tolls and parking. Hell, it'll probably wind up being a bit cheaper despite an hour further.
I kinda hate Paul as a person, and I don't particularly love the first 2 Maiden records, but I am dedicated to all things Maiden, and the chance to see some songs I'll never seen Maiden do is pretty enticing. Also Icarus Witch are pretty awesome, and good support is so rare.

Oh yeah, and dammit, why can't Blaze be coming to the US instead?! I'd love to see some of his solo material live.

Starting to look like this will actually happen. I'm checking out Icarus Witch right now and they seem pretty good. I hope to make the Jaxx show but it's 21+. In talks with the manager right now to see if there are any exceptions, if not I'll have to drive all the way back home for the VA Beach show (even though it's like 3 days after the start of the semester).

Icarus Witch are pretty awesome. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again. I haven't even seen them since their second record came out. They've gone through some line-up changes, hopefully they're as tight as they were when I saw them in '06.
