Agreed. Testament and Exodus are Bay Area legends, they need to come to San Francisco. As for Megadeth doing all of Rust In Peace and Testament doing all of The Legacy...

I honestly do not believe that a SF date isn't somehow in the works. I'm willing to bet one comes to fruition, Exodus and Testament like playing here too much.

I'm on the Megadeth mailing list and this little tidbit followed the RiP tour announcement: "Stay tuned for more information next week on the rescheduling of the "American Carnage" tour dates, as well."
