The only songs in that that I would care to see are the ones off the new record. That is a terrible, terrible setlist.

Unfortunately this has been happening far too often with them this tour. They're getting so conserned with being different every night that some of these sets just fall flat song selection wise like this one. Hollow, Keyboard Solo, Prophets, Sacrificed Sons and DOE all in a row? No wonder i read about crowds sitting down at thier shows they're boring them to death with song selections.

They're trying to be different every show which I understand and this has nothing to do with I&W, Awake, SFAM(TDOE doesn't count) and 6 Degrees not being represented because i'm tired of complaining about that. This has to do with not choosing the best songs possible off the albums they're representing with the exception of ITNOG. Prophets is very average and is the worst song on the album the same goes for Sacrificed Sons it's just a plain dull and boring song. I'm not gonna even get into representing not only thier best album SFAM but one of the best albums ever by only doing the instramental. It's the ten year anniversary of the album now and they should represent it better in the set.

i honestly havent been happy with any of the Dream Theater sets of late.

i miss the two and half hours plus sets!!!!!!

Me too that's what their music is made for not this 90 minute bullshit they've been doing. But the main problem is while LeBrie is still a good singer he can't handle the longer sets vocally like he used to. I think that's the big reason why they stopped doing the "Evening With Dream Theater" format. When you're only doing 90 minutes and you have a keyboard solo and an instramental song in their it's pretty obvious the singer can't go like he used to live.
