5 spins still not swaying me. What do you guys see in it? With exception of Psychopathy Red I think this is just an average album.

Just picked this up today. This is a hell of a lot better then I was expecting. Reminds me of a mixture of Seasons and Divine Intervention.

Dave Lombardo impresses me with every album he's on.

I think the album is better than christ illusion e better than megadeth last album. snuff, beauty through order are incredible song!

I'm going to agree with the general consensus and say that Slayer will never put anything out that was regrettable (Excluding the Born to be Wild cover, which we speak not of). I think this album shows that even though Slayer are getting up there in age, they are still proving that they can shred with the best of them. Compare this album with Metallica's Death Magnetic. When you're talking about two of the world's first and most notable thrash bands, there's really no comparison. While D.M. was passable, there are certain songs I will constantly skip through due to mediocrity. WPB is great all the way through. I'm not disappointed in the least.
