Megadeth -- Hollywood, CA -- May 7th, 1991

"Secret" Vic & The Rattleheads show at the Cathouse show prior to Clash Of The Titans tour that also served to shoot footage for the Mission Megadeth episode of Headbanger's Ball. I've probably been to close to a thousand shows since and it's still one of my all time favorite shows, Megadeth in it's tightest incarnation tearing thru a full set in a small room that holds less than 500 people.

What?? "Good Mourning/Black Friday?" I thought that was one of those songs they stopped playing after Mustaine became a Christian? Whoooa, I'm not complaining =)

On the last show of the tour, 7/26/91, it was replaced with the live debut of Go To Hell.

This was definitely Megadeth. There were episodes of Headbangers Ball called Mission Megadeth, one episode was skydiving at Perris and the other had live footage, interviews etc from this show. I have them somewhere.

Megadeth used to do secret shows as Vic & The Rattleheads. They did warm up shows at Monopoly's in Riverside and the Ventura Theatre in Sep 1990 prior to the start of the tour and a few sporadic shows under that name at least until the mid-1990's that I can remember.

Megadeth is considerin playin Black Friday again. Mustaine talked about it on their myspace blog. I for one am all for it
