The Black Dahlia Murder-Deflorate

Black Dahlia murder has done it again! This is one of the very few bands in metal that evolves so much from each album they make. After their 2007 masterpiece Nocturnal i didnt think it was possible for them to top it. But they did! This album is absolutely blistering, musically precise and just plain bad-ass. From the astonshing opener Black Valor to the epic closer I Will Return every song kicks your ass. The riffs/solos from new guitarist Ryan Knight [ex-Arsis] are mind-boggling the dude shreds and he is an awesome addition to Black Dahlia. Shannon Lucas as usual is a beast behind the kit. He plays amazingly fast and precise. Trevor Strnad's vocals are even more powerful then ever he solidfy's himself as one of death metal's top vocalists with this album Excellent Muscianship across the board.

I know this band attracts alot of haters personally i am not sure why they arent a core band their fans for the most part arent douches. Bottom line this band is amazing and this album is utterly fantastic.

listened to it last night and god damn they out did themselves. def my favorite album of theirs and prob fav of 2009.
as much as i love Bodom i think i'm looking forward to Black Dahlia much more when come here.

Yeah i wish they were coming around here again. They are going to RI with bodom next friday and Hartford on their headlining tour in November. I dont think i can make either of those shows

This album rocks. I'm more excited for Skeletonwitch and BDM then Bodom this time around. I hope they play Christ Deformed, Necropolis, and I Will Return!
