i know this set will get crap for being the exact same as 2007. personally i can care less ive never seen Tool before and tonight is going to be badass!!

there has been a lot of moaning over at the tool forums about the set list. i think people should just be thankful they have the chance to see tool live again. they could play that same set list for ever and they'd still be worth seeing. hope you enjoyed your first tool experience maidenpriest!

They threw in Aenima. There's hope for miraculous set changes after all. My favorite Tool song of all gets put on now! Arg. I knew better than to go see the first show of the tour, dammit. Wonder when they'll unveil the "new cover" they were rehearsing in LA before the tour started...

I was expecting something better seeing as though they're not really supporting a new album at the moment, more of a mix of songs. Oh well. It's not coming by me anyway lol

Well, they played here 6x since 10k came out. I went to 5 of the 6. Show is basically the same. I don't mind that but christ they need to swap out some of the older tunes for others. I'm not asking them to be like Pearl Jam but, use a rotating set OR swap out 2 songs a night. It's quite insulting to me to charge $100 a ticket coming around w/ the same exact show from 07.

This is the same exact set I saw them play THREE YEARS AGO except with Flood instead of 3 10,000 Days songs.

Why would they put that one to rest. i haven listend to tool that much recently but sober is one of their best songs.
