I really quite dislike all three albums (I have all of them). Every album with Phil (Campbell) is better. Even Overnight Sensation. After Another Perfect Day they decided to stop writing the same song over and over again and try few different things. Yes, things like We Are Motorhead are carbon copies of Ace of Spades, but they stopped making twelve carbon copies per album, and that to me suggests genuine evolution. Those three 'classic' albums are boring as fuck.

OK, yes, some of those tracks were the first ones, and the others are copies, but that doesn't mean you have to play the same ones over and over.

I say drop them all. And everyone who doesn't like it isn't a proper Motorhead fan and can fuck off. Go listen to your record-label-dictated 'Best of' CD.

I fail to see how Love Me Like A Reptile, We Are The Road Crew, and even The Hammer are carbon copies of Ace of Spades.

Granted I now alot of the Motorhead crowd don't always go to shows to hear songs from the latest album that they put out but the fact they are only doing "Rock Out" from Motorizer is disapointing. I would love to hear "Runaround Man" or "Teach You How To Sing The Blues" or even "One Short Life" even though I know that one will never get played I'm kinda partial to it. I love hearing all the classics as well but I agree dropping Metropolis would be a good start.

Philip Campbell & Mikkey Dee are amazing, HUGELY underrated musicians. In fact, I think that Inferno is one of the best Motörhead-albums, even though I really like Overkill & Ace Of Spades.
