Megadeth are probably my favorite but two of my three favorite albums of theirs aren't even thrash so I dunno how to judge that.

A couple weeks ago when I realized that "Scream Aim Fire" was my guilty pleasure, I was seriously asking why BFMV aren't considered a metal band because that song certainly is thrash enough to consider it that.

But then I listened to more songs.

overkill and sodom for me

lots of other thrash bands started out good and ended up sucking, but these two have been pretty good with only a couple hit or miss albums.

Aside from terrible lyrics, the other songs I've heard off of Scream Aim Fire aren't terrible, but there's one song, I don't remember, off their earlier that is just terrible. I remember the music video has the band playing in rain. That's all I remember.
