I want to see this song. I've seen them live six times and have not. Honestly they haven't played my two favorite Mechanical Resonance tracks either... Changes and EZ Come EZ Go.

Yep. But Motley pull the bigger crowds.

Both bands actually headlined. Each day had two headline sets, 90 minutes each, but each time the bigger crowd-pullers were on last.

If festivals in Italy are anything like here, then H&H got the better time slot anyway.

Here is the Voivod setlist as listed with the video currently on Dime right now -

Voivod (cut in)
The Unknown Knows
Global Warning (cut a bit in the middle)
Tribal Convictions
Overreaction
Nothingface
Astronomy Domine

Pictures and report are now on my site: http://www.metaltraveller.com/en/gig...etal_2009.html

There's a page for every band I saw playing on the first day:
Epica, Marty Friedman, Edguy, Lita Ford, Tesla, Heaven & Hell and Mötley Crüe.

Enjoy!

I'm not an Epica fan, but I'd get up front just to look at Simone. she's gorgeous

also, very poorly named festival - I see one band that are actual gods of metal, one guitarist who is definitely eligible, and one mostly under appreciated band thats also good.

motley crue can eat shit. shitty music, annoying people

Wow, I see Edguy have really adapted that 80's hair metal look. Look at Jens with his new red highlights.
