actually yesterday i was googling for rumors on it and i saw a few articles from last year about the 09 lineup being announced, i think the date on them was late march

You ain't kidding. I heard somewhere that it's supposed to be a concept album and that "Dawn and Demise" is just a taste of what's on the album.
