This was a one-off Phantom Blue renunion show also featuring other bands which Michelle Meldrum played in. The show was a benefit gig for her family at the Whisky A-Go-Go.

The Iron Maidens
Their setlist was quite different because their singer Kirsten wasn't at the show. They called on Jason McMaster of the band Dangerous Toys to sing the two songs with vocals in them. It turned out to be a good thing because I got to see some rare gems instead of the usual stuff.

Phantom Blue
Really enjoyable set. It was great to see them reunite. The Iron Maidens guitarist Courtney Cox filled in for Michelle Meldrum. Linda was fuckin amazing on the drums. I loved Going Mad the most

Meldrum. I'm not sure of their setlist. But they were fuckin great specially because Gene Hoglan was on drums

Another VERY interesting thing for me was after the Lizzy Borden set when I got a tap on the shoulder and when I turned around to see who it was, it was John Kevill of Warbringer!!

He said to me 'dude you are the most awesome headbanger I've seen! I just wanted to tell you that!'

Then I told him that their new CD is fuckin cool and I would be back here to see Warbringer on June 10th. He was like 'hey thanks man! Come on let me introduce you to my girlfriend!' And wtf his gf was the Iron Maidens guitarist Courtney Cox!!

When I was watching her on stage I was thinking .. gosh I need a picture with her for sure! And I got it without even asking! So I got a picture with both of them
