Lamb of God -- Philadelphia, PA -- May 9th, 2009

This was the second Philly date. Apparently the Asbury Park, NJ show got canceled. This also was my first time seeing any of the bands on this bill. One downer, Children of Bodom is not playing anymore dates because of Alexi's shoulder. Since I got to the Electric Factory an hour and a half before doors opened, I had the best spot in the house, front row center. However, I am paying for it dearly today, my ribs and neck are sore as hell. But it was worth every second.

Municpal Waste was okay. They were pretty entertaining. Some guy did a beer bong on stage during their set.

God Forbid tore it up. Im now going to look into their stuff because of how awesome they sounded.

As I Lay Dying was next up. Not familiar with most of their songs, I know they played 94 Hours and Forever.

Lamb of God.

I was able to get the set list after the show. Same as the whole tour, but they played Descending instead of Blackened the Cursed Sun. I will definitely see these guys in concert again.

I'd take Blackened the Cursed Sun over Descending, but Vigil, you lucky fucks.

Anyone go view the the shitty stream Kyte tried to do. It was a major disapointment.

I sat through the KYTE stream. One of the most poorly executed ventures of all time. I'm seeing LOG tonight and would KILL to hear Vigil. I'll post tomorrow/wednesday if I don't do too many jagerbombs and black out. hahaha
