So yeah, will be between Vegas and LA in some combination or another in November. Trying to put together a little tour of shows.
A Los Angeles MS meetup may be in order!

As for what I am currently doing, I've spent the last 3-4 hours editing drum tracks. Mic bleed is my bitch.

If I remember right, it's just a generic convenience store ticket stub, not an actual printed ticket like you'd get a big club, a theater or an arena.
When I saw Possessed I got one of those generic tickets, but when I saw Vader I got one like this.

I wouldn't mind one like that. At least it's a Whisky ticket, which is a good enough souvenir for someone from as far away as me.

I've gone for the email printout version now. Keeps it simple.

Just discovered an app called 5-0 Radio.

It has police scanner feeds from all over the US & a bunch of HD Radio feeds. So far, I'm enjoying the HD Radio feeds a shitload more than Sirius.

The best part? It's fo' freeeeee.

Today would've been my dad's birthday so instead of going to work I bought a really nice bottle of whiskey, gonna go see The Expendables tonight, and take myself somewhere nice to eat afterwards.

I just remembered that there used to be (maybe still is...) a band from Seattle who shall remain nameless (their band name and backdrop both read different names, though ) ATM that played the most generic backyard BBQ get drunk and jam some groove metal music ever. Anywho, I recall someone made a meme of a picture of their original guitarist that said "Mooooom, Dad's drunk and doing that rockstar thing again". The picture was the dude standing on his backyard/patio playing guitar, and dude looked like a Dimebag wannabe who had too many Budweisers in his time
