I always liked D'lo Brown. It's too bad the roster was so stacked at the time he was around because he got lost in the shuffle a bit at times despite being talented in the ring and charismatic. I don't think he would've ever been a main eventer but he could've been a regular IC title guy. He was really good as the European champ though.
