Baked chicken
Rice (not sure what kind, but damn good)
Brussel sprouts + yams
Salad
Fruit salad for dessert

Rib-eye steak with good old salt/pepper (rib-eye is my favorite cut of beef)
Mashed Potatoes with cheese and green onions
Broccoli
Golden Beets
