Wish they'd release the tour dates for this for those voting could tell if they were going to be able to attend. I'd guessing at least a NYC date for the east coast at the least.

Shed is pretty fucking badass. Especially live.

Yeah I haven't even listened to C33 in a while but I was definitely obsessed with it at a couple different points. It's just that it's way better to hear all together rather than in bits but Shed is one of the few standalone tracks.

Meshuggah - 25 Years of Musical Deviance w/ Between the Buried and Me
Quote:
Meshuggah‘s June festival appearances will indeed be complimented by a series of headlining shows, complete with Between The Buried And Me in tow. Numerous stops for the trek—dubbed the ‘25 Years Of Musical Deviance Tour‘—have slipped out ahead of an official announcement. As reflected in the name of the tour, the trek celebrates Meshuggah‘s 25th anniversary. Here’s what’s come to light thus far:

06/12-13 Manchester, TN – Great Stage Park (‘Bonnaroo Music And Arts Festival‘)
06/17 Silver Spring, MD – The Fillmore (feat. Between The Buried And Me)
06/18 Boston, MA – House Of Blues (feat. Between The Buried And Me)
06/19 Toronto, ON – Sound Academy (feat. Between The Buried And Me)
06/20 Montebello, QC – Amnesia Rock Fest

Meshuggah will be back overseas by June 29th for the ‘Graspop Metal Meeting‘ in Dessel, Belgium.

MESHUGGAH ANNOUNCE 25th ANNIVERSARY NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES

Witness history with thine own eyes.

The ninth wonder of the unnatural world, Sweden’s technically intoxicating extreme metal quintet MESHUGGAH, are returning to North America this summer to celebrate their 25th year of musical deviance with festival appearances, Canadian dates, and clubs that will fill to capacity. Opening for them (on all but the two festival dates) will be North Carolina’s Between The Buried And Me.

MESHUGGAH aim to play a very special 25th Anniversary set by performing selections from their entire discography & possibly include some rare songs that haven’t been played live in many years. Fans have the opportunity to vote for the songs they want to hear via MESHUGGAH’s online song poll: www.facebook.com/meshuggah/app_151503908244383

Voting ends April 2nd!

Plan to take time off your busy gaming schedule. Reacquaint yourself with what the outside world looks like. Drive to one of the following places. Get teleported into another universe. Enjoy the sounds, the sights, and the weightlessness of your newfound euphoria. You’re welcome.

MESHUGGAH - 25 Years of Deviance tour dates:

06/06/14 The Wiltern – Los Angeles, CA
06/07/14 The Regency Ballroom – San Francisco, CA
06/09/14 Ogden Theater – Denver, CO
06/11/14 House of Blues – Dallas, TX

I had a good feeling that this wouldn't hit Minnesota. That's ok though, I'm good on seeing them until the next album.
