Arctic Monkeys -- Milwaukee, WI -- December 13th, 2013

This was the 3rd of 3 concerts in a row my mom and I went to last week. This was also the seccond of two nights in Milwaukee sponsored by local alternative station FM 102/1.

NONONO (8:00-8:29)-
Human Being (currently unreleased song)
Jungle
Echo
One Wish
Pumpin Blood
Hungry Eyes
Fire Without A Flame

^ NONONO are a Swedish indie trio consisting of a female lead vocalist, a guitarist, and a man on turntables. Their radio single is Pumpin Blood. They were an average group in my opinion.

Foals (8:53-9:26)-
Prelude
My Number
Providence
Spanish Sahara
Red Socks Pugie
Inhaler

^ This was my 2nd time seeing Foals last week, after seeing them two days earlier in Rosemont, Illinois. They played the same set as in Rosemont except here they added their instrumental song Prelude from their new album Holy Fire as the opening song. For more comments on the band, check my review from Rosemont, Illinois that took place on December 11.

Arctic Monkeys (10:09-11:21)-
Do I Wanna Know?
Brianstorm
Dancing Shoes
Don't Sit Down Cause I've Moved Your Chair
Old Yellow Bricks
Crying Lightning
Snap Out Of It
Reckless Serenade
Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?
Arabella (Black Sabbath "War Pigs" outro)
Pretty Visitors
I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor
Knee Socks
Fluorescent Adolescent
505

ENCORE:
One For The Road
R U Mine?

^ Arctic Monkeys played a kickass, in your face set. My only complaints are that they came on 20 minutes later than they were supposed to and the lighting wasn't good at all, the band members were pretty much silhouettes except for brief moments in between the songs where the singer talked with a spotlight on him. But those were minor quibbles, they were awesome live! A great way to end a year of concerts.

This had a few other bands on it and was a radio show here last night. Didn't know Arctic Monkeys were so big.
