Why the fuck are Eric B. & Rakim not on the ballot anymore? They're infinitely more important to hip hop than NWA.

I would say Eric B. & Rakim are more important to hip hop, but NWA is more important to pop culture.

Agreed. I don't think it's deserved at all, but they're the clear favourite here.
