MDB opened up for DIO at one point over here, too. 96ish, i think.

Also, like blitzkrieg said, I've seen quite a few of the "time machine" tours, you whippersnappers!

Joy Division I think would be kinda interesting. I wish Peter Hook would just tour with New Order instead of trying to revive the JD days.

Pink Floyd
Black Sabbath
Led Zeppelin
The Clash
Nasum

I'm glad I'm old enough to have seen pretty much all the major metal bands in their prime. Most more than once.

Led Zeppelin pre-1980
Jimi Hendrix
Black Sabbath (either as Earth or pre-Paranoid when they still played club shows)
AC/DC with Bon Scott
The Germs with Darby Crash
Iron Maiden in the early days or on the Powerslave/Seventh Son tours.
Metallica pre Master of Puppets
Dead Kennedys, right before the Frankenchrist trial
Black Flag with Henry Rollins
DRI in the 80's.
GG Allin and the Murder Junkies
Morbid Angel around the time Blessed are the Sick was released
GWAR in the 1990's.

And now for some very specific gigs:

5/18/1991 - Clash of the Titans. Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, and Alice in Chains in a shitty little amphitheater. Just fucking saying.

10/21/1991 - Nirvana. This was immediately after Smells Like Teen Spirit was released, but right before Nirvana got fucking huge and everyone knew that song.

1/5/1996 - Korn. This would have been an offdate of the Retirement Sucks tour with Ozzy Osbourne, and honestly, Korn touring under their first two albums sounds like it would be a really fun show.

7/15/1996 - Pantera, White Zombie, Eyehategod. I would have loved to see Mike IX and Rob Zombie in their early days, along with Pantera when the crowds would apparently bring fireworks into the show and beat the shit out of each other.

12/5/1997 - KMFDM and Rammstein. This is a show I REALLY wish I could have attended. It has KMFDM in the En Esch days touring under my favorite album by KMFDM along with Rammstein's first touring US show while they supported my favorite album by them - all in a shitty little club that turned a blind eye to lead singers on fire and simulated sodomy.

10/7/2006 - KISS FM Fall Fest. Normally I hate Fall Fest, but Alice in Chains performing an insane setlist (I posted it here before) along with Avenged Sevenfold getting buttmad that their sound sucks and leaving halfway through their first song would be worth it.

5/7/2010 - Eyehategod. This was when they played the first two albums back to back; I talked to Mike about two years later about this show, and he told me he thought Emo's was a bit of a shithole.

4/11/2011 - Anal Cunt. Last tour ever. Two months to the DAY before Seth Putnam died. I missed it by not having the gas money to get there.
