While the concept of the tour is a good idea, Hagar getting booked to play amphitheaters that fit 15,000 - 20,000 isn't. I don't believe he has that kind of drawing power as a solo act today and I'm not sure he ever did.

Either support hasn't been announced yet that's recognizable or the larger venues will be half houses.

Those are definitely some interesting places he's hitting with a wide range of capacities. Jackpot, NV is a blink and you miss it border "town" of 2 casinos and a gas station whose only purpose is to give Idahoans somewhere to gamble. I was surprised to learn their ampitheater actually holds 4k.

The MN. State Fair grandstand holds over 17,000! Unless he's playing on a smaller stage somewhere else or is an opening act for a bigger band.

Didn't they only just do a headlining US tour earlier this year? And play Rock On The Range and Rocklahoma last year?

I feel pretty confident they're getting the recognition they deserve, considering they're a pretty average rock band.
