It's sad when you think about it.
Which is kind of ironic, because Megadeth (imo) has actually got better from where it was when Gigantour started from where it is now.

After Risk, Megadeth was steadily improving with each album and peaked at Endgame. Now they're dropping back down to Risk levels.

Agreed.

I guess I meant more the quality of what they put out around when Gigantour started to where they are now. I know Thirteen wasn't good but still think it is better than UA (I'm assuming that was around the time frame).

Black Label Society drummer Chad Szeliga made a post on his official facebook stating that BLS will indeed tour with Megadeth this summer (on what is believed to be the Gigantour). He also revealed the band will tour on their own then record a new album. He also spoke on his former band Breaking Benjamin:

"To all my fans of breaking benjamin this hurts me to say this. My duties of being the drummer of BB is finally over due to creative differences. I wish all the guys the best with the future. Mark and Aaron have started a new band called star dog champion and I wish them the best with their move. I have a busy schedule opening for megadeath this summer then doing a run on our own and finally a record in the works. I have a new family with Bls and I will continue to write and play the best for all my fans. Please come support me in my new chapter in my life. I wish everyone well and God bless from the bottom of my heart. Good luck for the new members of BB who ever it is. " I will go on until the end "

Gigantour information has not been released yet but the rumored/somewhat confirmed line up looks like this:

Megadeth
Black Label Society
Device
Philip H. Anselmo & the Illegals
Death Division
