Wishful thinking, but I'm hoping for Black Star Riders.

From the sounds of it, if the rumors are true, maybe it's...

Megadeth
Device
Adrenaline Mob
Maybe a band like A Ghost Inside or For Today or something?

Device has been confirmed. Adrenaline Mob makes sense as well.

Maybe the order is wrong, but I do see that being the lineup.

I was hearing rumblings of one of the Pantera related bands being involved. Kill Devil Hill or HellYeah makes the most sense but Down fits better. Not sure if Anselmo would play before Device (and although they shouldn't, Device had a strong debut for album sales, etc, so I bet they play before Megadeth).
