That is more expensive than normal. Most I've ever paid was $117 in Atlanta. Totally worth it though. The European shows were fucking cheap compared to American shows, Paris tickets (not including the huge shipping fee) were like $75 after fees.

I've been "that guy" at many shows i've gone to. What's the point of buying a shirt of a band if you're not gonna wear it when you see them? To me, that is the most appropriate occasion to wear the bands shirt.

I wish this was coming somewhere close to me but since I saw them twice last year i'm not that upset about it. It's very cool that they're making some special stops in the US to play some areas they haven't been to in a long time.

I think most people, myself included, feel that the most appropriate occasion to wear a band's shirt is when you're NOT seeing them. Not because it's cool or whatever, but because there's really no good reason to advertise the fact that you like that band or show support for that band, which are the only purposes of a band shirt, when you're at their concert. Those things are implied by your presence, the shirt is redundant.

The time to wear them is elsewhere, when showing you like them or showing support for them is relevant.

That makes sense. I guess because the only time I usually wear band shirts is when I go to concerts is why I feel differently about it.

Haha, yeah, the rest of us pretty much wear them constantly

My only exceptions are work and watching sports.

Well, they never do it for *every* date. But they often do it when they are playing big cities (New York, Chicago, Paris) or a number of shows within a region/state (Texas, California, Germany, Scandinavia).

This time I imagine there will be one shirt for the US leg since it's relatively short, and there will be a special shirt for the San Bernadino show since it's a "special event."
